Accessibility

Physical Access
There is level access onto Long Beach via bitumen and concrete surfaces. Beach access wheelchairs are available via advance booking through Surf Life Saving Tasmania.

Toilets
Toilets are available in the Surf Lifesaving Tasmania building at the southern end of the beach.

Sensory Info
You're taking your clothes off, but rug up against the solstice chill before and after. Some fires will be lit on the beach. There will be loud drumming for a few minutes before sunrise, and flares will be used.

Accessible parking is available at the Beach Road Car Park in Sandy Bay.
