Physical Access
Step-free entry to this venue is via Watchorn Street, with staff assistance, providing access to the stalls, bars and toilets. There is a raised platform for accessible viewing, level with the bars, and seats can be provided as needed. Contact Odeon at info@odeontheatre.com.au if you need to use the step-free entrance and/or need seating or a spot on the platform so we can be ready to assist you on arrival. The box office and cloaking are accessible via ramp through the front door on Liverpool Street. The Mezzanine Bar and dress circle are only accessible via stairs.
Toilets
M/F toilets are available on both the stalls and dress circle levels. An ambulant toilet is on the stalls level.
Cloaking
We encourage you to only bring essential items. Bag checks will be carried out upon entry, and no large bags or backpacks are permitted in the venue. There will be a free cloakroom facility available at the Odeon box office, once through ticket scanning and bag check.
Sensory Info
Remember your hearing protection. Single-use earplugs will be available at the box office. If you need a break, head to the foyer or the mezzanine bar. Some shows at this venue may use strobe lights or haze effects; check the event page for details.
